Whether it be a snack, a meal or a treat, there’s a smoothie for such an occasion. Whatever situation you may find yourself in, we have a recipe that’ll be both delightful and refreshing.
For the “health nut”
If you’re in the market for a good post workout snack, hoping to gain muscle mass or maintain a healthy weight, try this light combination:

2 bananas (sliced)
1 cup almond milk
½ cup cold water
1 teaspoon honey
¼ teaspoon cinnamon
4 ice cubes
2 cups vanilla protein powder (optional)
For the “sweet tooth”
This is the perfect indulgence :
Momma’s Strawberry Shake Recipe

¾ cup of whole milk
¼ cup half and half
2 scoops of vanilla or strawberry ice cream
7 ice cubes
For the “busy bee”
If you are in a hurry and don’t have time for a sit-down breakfast, take this smoothie on the go:

1 banana slice
¼ teaspoon lemon juice
2 scoops vanilla yogurt
1 tablespoon maple syrup
1 teaspoon wheat germ (optional)

Hungry with nothing in the house? This simple smoothie only takes 3 ingredients and can be whipped up in about 10 minutes:

¾ cup ice cubes
For the “copy cat”
If you’re in the mood for a restaurant-quality drink, but can’t leave the house, make one that’s just as good from home:
