Girls golf to compete at state competition
The girls golf team will compete at the state golf competition at Georgetown University on May 15 and 16.
This is their second time to have qualified for the state competition; last year, the team placed sixth at state.
“It’s nice, our whole team worked really hard this year,” sophomore Mya Tsu said. “We practiced every day and our whole team has worked really hard. We have a new freshman on our team this year so we [are] all [working] together to improve because [we] want [to win] more this year than we did last year.”
