Results from mock election
With the election Nov. 8, we decided to hold a mock election in order to see who would win if all students could vote. Over the course of four days, students had the opportunity to pick from one of three options: Hillary Clinton, Donald Trump or Other.
Clinton dominated the polls on the first day, making up nearly half of all the votes. She also received the most votes on days two and four, but ‘Other’ took the lead on day three, followed closely by Trump.
After collecting a total of 986 votes, Clinton came out on top with 371 votes, surpassing Other by 42 votes and Trump by 85.
